it wasn't that bad tho i'd agree with you if the ending wasn't so good.

it had its moments, but I just got so annoyed by the end

I'm glad I snuck into see it after I paid for and saw The Grudge.

I might've been mad If I paid full price for it.

how was the grudge

the grudge was okay. it was a little easier to follow than the original version but it seemed like it was just a bunch of scares strung together. that, and they pretty much stole the creeping lady from ringu.

The Grudge suckkkkkkkkked. Saw was thrilling at parts, but overall sucked as well.

I will repeat what I had said over at cmj. If saw had cost me 4.50 instead of 9.75 it would have been worth it. Although, if the twist at the end hadn't taken place I would have been uber-pissed.

The Grudge is nowhere near as good as Ju-on. Overall, the story was a lot better held together in Ju-On rather than in The Grudge. It seemed that The Grudge was really choppy and hopped all over the place. However, I paid to be scared and there were many times where I was. The plot was nothing special. I did get scared though.

Overall I liked it. But I was disappointed by the ending.

Yeah. I mean, it looked nice, but it wasn't scary and I didn't give a damn about any of the characters. Plus, my thoughts wandered to things like 'man, this theatre is really cold', which is never a good sign.
