...on another board, satirizing the thread title "Do you feel bad for Daris Rucker (hootie)?" with "Do you feel bad for Darius Washington (Memphis)?" and I just...couldn't...do it.

I mean, I've felt pretty bad about things at times in my life, but like this?

Yeah, that may be the worst I've ever felt for an athlete. I mean, when you consider the situation, and the fact that he's a Freshman, just a killer. I hope he doesn't end up like Donnie Moore.

Washington Jr. actually kept his team in the game - scored 23, pulled down 4 boards and dished it 6 times. Pretty impressive stats for the frosh, even if he did 'Noonan' the last baskets.

I don't feel bad for him, but C. Webber will forever be listed in the college b-ball annals for the greatest 'Buckner' of all-time.
