I still have to wrap up 3 more spots via the tie-breaker polls (by 1:00PM tomorrow) but the tournament stage will officially begin tomorrow.

FYI, I will be using the March Madness bracket system to determine the match-ups. There will be 64 albums competing and their seeding was determined by how well they did in the group stage.

I will be posting 2 match-ups a day so those of you who had a problem with me flooding the board with this nonsense can rest assured.

Anyway, I won't go into where each album was seeded but I will reveal to you the four No. 1 seeds:

Public Enemy – It Takes A Nation Of Millions
The Beatles – Rubber Soul
Pixies – Doolittle
Pavement – Slanted And Enchanted

I don't own a single one of those and have only heard the ones made by white guys with guitars.

Are these the albums that won by the highest percentage, or got the most votes or what?

That's a quality top 4.

No Disrespect to Public Enemy or Pavement, but those albums would have never been top four had they been in some of the "group of death" categories rather than some of "WTF" categories.

Please allow sufficient time to vote -- like a full day or two per poll. I don't often have time to check until late at night. Graci.
