i just filed a claim against someone for non-payment (item ended on the 19th) and they e-mailed me back saying they'd have the payment sent on either monday or tuesday and were surprised that i opened a claim. i sent 2 invoices to them asking when payment was going to received and how (paypal, money order) and that they should've informed me that it was going to be more than a week late. they wrote back saying they've been having problems with their computer and had been real busy. fuck you. pay me.
