Don't call what your wearing an outfit. Don't ever say your car is broke.
Don't sing with a fake British accent. Don't act like your family's a joke.
Have fun, but stay clear of the needle, call home on your sister's birthday.
Don't tell them you're bigger than Jesus, Don't give it away.

A goddamn album to live by.

Had to vote for my nomination, Andrew Bird. But on some days, that DBT album is my favorite of theirs. Especially because of the song Derris quoted.

Pretty strong group, comparatively speaking. Went with DBT

Nick Cave

Done.

I'd like to get that album, actually. Not real big on Nick Cave, but I'd like to hear this one. I only one of his albums from the '90s, and I like it OK.

This is his best, IMO.

Voted for NC but this is far from his best. Dig Yourself is twice as good in my opinion.

Looks like it's between DBT and Andrew Bird, although Ghostface could still make a run.

That Nick Cave record is good, and is for sure the best out of this lump of records, but you can't say it's his best. I never listen to it all the way through, but there are a couple of great songs on there. Let the Bells Ring and Nature Boy are career highlights for sure.

I'd hardly expect any Nick Cave record to win an Obner poll against, well, anything, though.
