I'll be locking myself in my house all next week recording my solo 7" called Trash.

The parameters are thus:

-I'll be writing the whole thing in a week.
-I'll be recording the whole thing in a week.
-I'll be mixing the whole thing in a week.
-I'll be playing everything all week.
-I'll be fueled by whiskey and whey protein.
-I'll be documenting my progress nightly at http://trashsessions.tumblr.com/

I pray I don't run out of food or toilet paper as I spiral into cabin dementia because I'm not taking phone calls.

Sounds like n interesting experiment, though I'd suggest not documenting anything, or at least not publishing. The less internet the better for something like this.
