lala used to be the best at this, creating a link that was publishable on websites/facebook etc where a standalone player would play the song. does anything do this now?

Did you find any? I've been using Soundcloud. The only one that i know of.

yeah, the problem with soundcloud is that you cant upload actual files, you have to record a stream and then upload that...do you know of another way?
