Some really good choices. Some debatable ones.

Would have been funnier to pick Matlock over The Dukes of Hazzard for Georgia.

Picking Coach over the Mary Tyler Moore Show for MN? Epic Fail. Otherwise, solid choices.

I might have gone West Wing over the Waltons for Virginia, but it's pretty 50/50. Where did JAG take place?

Laverne & Shirley or Happy Days would have also been good choices for WI...as long as it wasn't Step By Step or Picket Fences.

I would have gone Dallas over Walker Tejas Ranger for Texas, and I believe that Bama Belles is the most accurate representation of modern day Alabama...or that MTV show about Hoover High Football.

I think that Hill Street Blues could have a good Illinois pick, too.
As long as it wasn't According to Jim.

Tennessee should've been Teen Mom.

I can't complain about the Duke Boys. Easily a Top 10 theme song ever.

At least it wasn't Designing Women or some awful Tyler Perry disaster (racist!).

Honestly though, it should probably be Squidbillies.

How can Happy Days not be the show for WI?

should have been king of the hill

most accurate depiction of life in texas ever shown on television

dallas was actually more of a cartoon than king of the hill

I lost interest when I saw that they failed to pick Silk Stalkings for Florida.

There has to have been a better show set in MO than The John Laroquette Show, right?

yeah there are some odd choices.

That 70s Show was (I guess) pretty Wisconsiny, BUT it took place in the fictional town of Point Place, unlike Happy Days in Milwaukee.

Same with Roseanne who were Illinoisy, BUT still were in the make believe Lanford or something like that. Unlike Married With Children which I believe was set in Chicago.

I thought Laverne & Shirley for WI as well, but good call on Happy Days.

Drew Carey is probably the best one for Ohio, though 'WKRP in Cincinnati' and 'Family Ties' would have been decent contenders. At least they didn't pick 'Glee.'
