How does the new panda bear compare to older stuff & AC?

No need for name-calling, there. I was just just thinking of buying a copy of my own. I'm in one of those I want to buy a couple things, but don't know what to get moods. I was wondering if fans of the album thought it held up over repeated listenings.

Easily in my Top 5. I didn't really like Sung Tongs and am not familiar with any other AC.
Is Strawberry Jam more like Sung Tongs or Person Pitch? If it's more the latter, I may have to give AC one more shot...

Tomboy is finally getting released.

A tracklist is still forthcoming, but according to an issued press release, the record will compile the three singles already released, as well as new material. The PR also notes that the songs have been newly mixed with help from Sonic Boom “to give the album a wonderfully rich and warm sound.”

Can't wait. Seems like the singles came out so long ago.

Very much looking forward to Tomboy. I've liked all the singles so far with Last Night At the Jetty being my favorite by far.

Still getting it together. Finally home for good (well, for a couple of weeks before I pack up and move to DC) after spending the better part of 14 months in Afghanistan.
