My good friend and former roommate is on Iron Chef this week, competing against Bobby Flay:

Used to be at Cibbo Matto in Chicago, and MK, and a bunch of other places. Now he's at The Florentine.
He's a bit of a spaz, but a really talented guy.

Thing is, he is a spaz at heart, who tries too hard to be serious when you put a camera in front of him.
