typically i only do that with my lesser starters. As far as relief guys go i typically don't carry relief guys on my bench so i don't have the luxury of changing them up. It would all depend on the match-up you have with someone. Do they have a bunch of save guys but no holds? If someone is dominate in a particular category and you have no shot i change up my bench to go for the categories i have a shot at. No point in going for steals if they have crawford, ichiro and andrus....might as well get more pop in your line-up and put figgins on the bench - for example. same for pitchers.
