No way he's going to win, but Prez's role at the school was such a good one.

I liked Prez but this show was pretty much built around Avon.

I don't know, in some ways I felt like Avon was a pretty bland character. Nowhere near as interesting as Stringer.

I voted Avon but I don't understand their thinking in seeding Prez 8th. How is Serge above Prez and Sobotka? I'd have put Serge at 8, Dukie at 7, Carcetti at 6 and could accept just about any order for the remaining five.

great character arc over the course of the series, from valchek's incompetent son-in-law to becoming his own man and really trying to make a difference in a school where absolutely nobody else on the payroll gave a flying shit
