There are a bunch of different recording programs that will record whatever sounds are playing on your computer at any given time. A lot of them do video, too.

I don't know which ones are the best or what's available free right now or what will work on your particular setup (Mac or PC, which OS version), but a search on something like CNET should yield a bunch of options to try out.

i've used http://www.video2mp3.net/. it's not like it records in flac, but it's decent.
