Really nice changes on this one, Phil. And, I concur with Ryan's observation of the backing vox. They are amazing.

i don't know, i can see this being pretty minimal instrument-wise. like just piano and maybe strings, so the vocals/lyrics really stand out. but, you know what you're doing, so i'd be really interested to hear the final piece.

I'm thinking no drums until there's that obviously build and the rest on one, with that drum feel from the quiet part of A Day in the Life where it's just kind of soft, pillowy, rolling.
