I have several lines in the water across the web on this. I'm not an audiophile or I obviously wouldn't be looking to buy one of these. They just seem to completely fit my listening needs right now and I wanted to see what you guys suggested. I'm fairly close to pulling the trigger on a JLab Crasher. If you have personal feelings or recommendations, chime in, please.

More on the high end but I got a Bose Soundlink Bluetooth deal a couple of years ago for Christmas and it's awesome.

Tons of sound, rechargeable (usually get about 6-7 hours worth). I actually don't use the Bluetooth option because I don't keep music on my phone. But, if I ever get on Spotify it'll be great and I bought a little $5 retractable cord to play my Ipod through it. Works fine. Super portable and produces plenty of volume for almost any use.

I had ordered some JBL one from Amazon that was around $60 and had some good reviews but I'd just recently moved and they sent it to my old address and since my name wasn't on the box it got returned. So I went to Best Buy and was looking at others that were similarly priced and they all looked kind of cheap and then down at the other end of the display they had the Bose speakers. I already have Bose headphones and they're the best ones I've ever had so I just decided to get the Soundlink Mini. It was about $200, I think the larger one is maybe $300 or 400 which I wasn't willing to spend. Anyways, it's an awesome speaker. Super loud though it only lasts about 3 hours or so if you don't have it plugged into an outlet. I'd definitely recommend it.

I got this one for Christmas: Oontz angle

I pretty much got it to put on the kitchen counter to listen to music or podcasts while I'm cooking and for that it performs stunningly. Its also pretty small so I imagine I will take it with me places.

I use the Jawbone Jambox for nearly all of my listening, the big one serves well as a main stereo in my relatively small living area.

I bought a regular Jambox initially but it wasn't quite loud enough. I still use that one when I'm on the go, though.

I use 2 devices.

For my home stereo, I use this:

Logitech Bluetooth adapter which connects to any stereo. I just leave it on all the time. When I turn on bluetooth on my phone, it just connects and I start playing music.

For portability, I use:

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008BGY0E2/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=1RFCYIM3A0T3N&coliid=I3192D3GRLYTK9 which doesn't use bluetooth, but it just plugs right into the phone and sounds amazing. I tried a bunch of $50 bluetooth speakers which didn't sound half as good, ate up more battery, and had a ton of interference blips if it got more than 10' away or if a wall gets in between.

I use the Big Jambox as well.

I don't personally own one now (but may be in the market within the next few months so I'll definitely be coming back to this thread), but a friend owns a JBL one and based on my one experience listening to it the sound was pretty good. Seems like good reviews on Amazon too.

Recently got a Sonos Play5 which I love. Not sure what your budget is but this is recommended.

I've got a Sonos system as well. I've got a couple Play 3's, the soundbar and some speakers on our deck. Once i got a feel for the software it's became very cool. You'll need to make sure you file your music electronically in a somewhat sensible way or Sonos freaks out. It forced me to file things properly which was frustrating at the time. Plus if you have over 60,000 music files the sonos system won't work very well and won't find playlists on itunes, add new music etc. Read some message boards for each system.

Once i got it figured out i liked it a lot.
