I recently bought this on ebay:

For anyone who remembers the 80s video game Thayer's Quest (laserdisc adventure game w/ keyboard interface), it's basically a remastered version of that game on CD-ROM that's no longer available through the manufacturer (who still carry the sequel Shadoan). They've changed the protagonist's name and have apparently revamped the music, sound, and voice acting. 57,000+ animation cells. Created by Rick "Dragon's Lair" Dyer.

It arrived last night. My Sunday plans entail nothing but playing this, drinking water, and eating pasta/garlic bread/ice cream. Maybe some carrots w/ hummous or something.

I recently went on a drunken rampage and flood-posted at a webboard which will remain unnamed.

Uhh...

coins, comics (just spider man, really), enjoyed monty python but didn't quote them unnecessarily, but that's about it in the Geek Canon.

Well, I do still play Starcraft a lot, like 7 years after it came out. But it's a damn good game.

i've played the nintendo ds game "meteos" so often over the past few weeks that the mere thought of the game causes me to see multicolored blocks rocketing upwards in my eyes.

Allow me to out-dork everyone here.

Things my desk at work is covered with:

At least 10 Alien figures
A Beanie Baby of a lemur for no apparent reason
Two album-art based Eddie (ya know, Iron Maiden!) figures (Eddie Somewhere In Time (I couldn't afford the 18" one, unfortunately,) Eddie The Trooper)
One Eddie-as-mummy Minimate
A badass Gundam Wing Zero Custom figure
A tiny space shuttle stack (ya know, orbiter with boosters and external tank)
A tiny Apollo lunar module/command module/service module
A tiny USB-powered fan (because the building owners won't allow fans . . . ?! and the AC SUCKS in this building. I have to take the fan out if I'm gone from my desk for any amount of time, in case security walks by. Yes, they really will take them. I've seen the fan graveyard in the parking structure - there's got to be hundreds, if not thousands of fans in there.)

I listen to C-Span Radio. Regularly. I even have it preset as "1" on my car radio.

"I was editor of the school magazine!"

"I used to masturbate...constantly!"

Okay, quoting Airheads is just the beginning.

I used to play a text-based roleplaying game online. http://www.play.net/gs4

I own 90% of West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game books/supplements.

My favorite show is Highlander, and I'm considering spending $229 to get the entire series on DVD.

I got distracted for an hour cuz I'm drunk, so this'll do.

Edit due to extremely annoying original post:

I'm obsessed with art.. and art history.
I hate cave art and shit like that though. Jesus.
I actually liked Kelly Clarksons "Since U Been Gone"
I have a sloth stuffed animal, named Oswald.
And also, I painted for 9 hours straight tonight. I think that qualifies me as a dork. My back hurts really, really bad.
I have the limited edition Charizard holographic card. (Pokemon)
Duck Hunt is one of the best Original Nintendo games, ever. I proudly own that and the gun. I'm sure that's not really dorky. Everyone loves Duck Hunt, right?
