Here is the deal on the whole new doping allegations. If they tested the samples for every rider in the 1999 TdF they would get similar results for all of them. It is like baseball, if everyone is doing them you HAVE to do it to compete. What L'Equipe did is so highly unethical and one sided it is unbelievable. They say that they would do this to anyone. Then how come the cycling hero of France, Richard Virenque, tested positive got so many blowjob pieces from L'Equipe over the years. They know that anti-americanism sells papers.
