Only a few people know who these lads are but back in the day I loved them. They were a politically charged band and great live. I had no idea they were still making music, I knew they toured but didn’t know they still put out records.

The Ghost Of Cain is an essential part of my collection.

Glad they still at it.

I love their early stuff, but I'm skeptical about whether they can still put out anything good. I'll probably download it and give it a chance though.

It's so funny you say that. ILM is currently doing nominations for best Albums and Singles from the 1980s. I picked the maximum number of albums (nine) and The Ghost Of Cain happened to be one of my picks. Voting doesn't happen for another month (patiently waiting) and this album will definitely be in my personal Top 40 for the 1980s.

They were such a good band but I grew out of them. Will look for it on-line as well.

edit: glad to see some people know who they are.

I dig 'em, and Carnival is already on my wish list. They really never sucked. Even The Love of Hopeless Causes. "Lullaby" is dang near one of the prettiest songs they've ever done, and that's only two albums back.

They been touring over here (US), too! I saw 'em last year.
