As an outside observer, one can't tell just how addicted this second junky is, but either way, he's getting more so.

i guess i should be ashamed....
considering i have a degree in english
and i work for a newspaper.

however, i'm not.

grammar consumes my work life.
i'm allowed to 'flub' when i'm goofing off online.
(as i'm not being paid OR graded on my postings here.
maybe the grammar police should be wearing their badges.)

(although, i do contend that i'm not incorrect.)

my pet peeve....people correcting other people's grammar on a message board. (especially in THIS case. i've seen A LOT worse.)

The other day I was talking to a friend of a friend about 'text' spellings and he said he would like to see the complete abolition of vowels. I replied by saying "two more cocktails and you and me...[drunken sway]....fisticuffs!"

addictive is an inherent property of a substance.
