8:00 am - Woke up in an empty room in an unknown house about an hour away from mine, having no idea what happened the night before, only having a vague recollection of going to a club in town at sometime. I thought it was Saturday. Turns out it wasn't. Which meant I hadn't been home in three days, and lost a whole 24 hours of memory. Miraculously, i had no hangover and there were no signs of sodomy... :)
8:10 - Promptly gathered my phone and wallet and found the front door and left.
8:45 - I figured out what suburb i was in, found a bus stop and caught a bus back into town, and prepped myself for the longish walk home under the shit-hot sun.
10:00 - Miraculously, i bumped into my mother on the street; we did coffee. A fully-laden shopping trolley ran over my foot and i broke my toe for the third time in a year. Argh. It's big and black, and looks like its frostbitten.
11:30 - Got my suit back from a tailor, cause i've got my formal tomorrow (formal = senior prom).
12:00 - 4:15 - Cones-->sleep.
5:00 - basketball game. We won with a floater on the buzzer, thus qualifying for the finals. Season highs for points, rebounds, assists and steals (23, 11, 8, 8 ) for yours truly. Yeehaw. Well that's my trumpet tooted, and that's all i've done this Sunday.

I went for a four hour hungover walk on Saturday up a mountain in the middle of a storm with two mates for no apparent reason. I beat you.

It started off as walking to the pool place but it was closed so we just kept walking past it. My friend bought a record of the 1979 National Accordian Orchestra Tour of the United States from a basement store and carried it all the way up the mountain too.

we have this big ass mountain in the middle of the city (the city is kinda built around it...), and last time i 'roughed' it up there with some mates we found a nice little plantation of weed. A couple of weeks later i read in the paper that some middle-aged dude found it and called the cops.

one mountain? there are like 30 extinct volcanoes dotted around the city here. Basically there's a mountain within 5-10 mins of wherever you are in Auckland.

Was he hoping there'd be a phonograph player when he got to the top? Hilarious.

a storm started too and it blew down the hill for a bit before he saved it. It would have ended up in the quarry for some bemused worker to find if he hadnt
