I was away for two days and I came back to four (or five?) pages of new threads and my only reply thus far has been "autumn is my very favorite"?!

I see I have some cathing up to do. Did I miss anything good? Is anyone down for a Wednesday night drinking thread?

As a public service I offer the drinks of the evening here:

Orange Mojitos

Mint and a teaspoon of sugar (the fine Belizean white)
muddle (which means mash with a spoon a bit)

3oz Orange (aka Bacardi O) rum

ice to top of glass/where it makes you happy

fill with Pelligrino to top...or any club soda will do.

drink 2:
Watermelon Mojitos same as above, but regular white rum, 2oz of watermelon puree, 1/2 the sugar....
ahhhh, refreshin' :lol:

edit: shoot, forgot to mention 1oz of fresh lime juice for both of these

I took a last minute, quick trip into NYC to visit a friend who was in from LA and I invaded our own TwilightKid's (or whoever the hell you are now ;)) place on Tuesday. He made me buy too many CDs.
