2nd Opinion, 2nd opinion, 2nd opinion. Addict or no, that shit is scary. Why not Vicodin or Morphine ... or anything?

So, on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being Meth.
Where would H be?
What about chocolate chip cookie addicts?

BTW I digress, T-
I'm sorry to hear about your Mom. I hope it takes care of the pain.

I had no idea that they actually prescribed it for pain relief, like OxyContin or something. Hope it helps, T.

I know they often prescribe it to cancer patients.

Methadone like any other prescription painkiller is perfectly alright when used properly.

Frankly, neither did I.

On my way home from work yesterday, she informs me, "The doctor prescribed something to me today that you're not going to approve of." Damn straight, I don't approve! Especially, when she's already on other pain meds!

After taking one dosage, which left her completely disoriented the entire day, we both agreed that discontinue use immediately and to call her doctor today. I suppose on those days of extreme pain, she take it at a much smaller dosage.

Btw, for those who asked, she's had morphine patches which have helped before.
