Apparently he has a 15 year old slampiece he was living with. R. Kelly too beaucoup, too beaucoup.

Glam rocker Gary Glitter in trouble again

VUNG TAO, Vietnam, Nov. 14 (UPI) -- British glam rocker Gary Glitter has reportedly fled his Vietnam villa after local police officials learned of his criminal past.

The creator of the sports anthem "Rock and Roll (Part One)" and convicted child pornographer had been living at resort town of Vung Tao with an underage girl, contactmusic.com reported Monday.

Police were tipped to his activities after he was kicked out of a nightclub for groping a teenage waitress.

"At my bar he grabbed one of the girls and put his hand up her shorts," bar owner Alan Davis said. "We don't want that sort here."

Vung Tao Police spokesman Vu Duc Trung said if Glitter is found, "we will not allow him to stay."

Glitter spent four months in prison on a 1999 child pornography charge. He moved to Cuba upon being released, then relocated to Cambodia and was expelled after a public outcry.

Glitter has vowed to keep moving "until no one can find me."

What is he, like 65 or 66 now?

Off with his head. Both of them.

I saw one report that said 61 and another that said 66, so I'm not really sure.

EDIT: Can't read.

You know you're a dedicated pedophile when you travel from country to country in search of your prey. And his vow to "keep moving until nobody finds me"? What the hell, man? Shave your head and put on a hundred pounds if you want to blend in. You could pick that fucking weirdo out anywhere in the world. Peds like Michael and Gary are pulled between their desire to be noticed and not be seen.

During the peak of his career Glitter used to say his real name was Paul Raven. His name's Paul Gadd, not Raven. He was faking things even then.

The guy had a successful career even though he rarely played instruments and mostly just shouted, whooped and cheered in his "songs." More of a band leader than an artist.

I've got another mongering story but I think it warrants its own thread.

This really is impressive on his part. I mean, the dedication, the effort, the expense. That wants to MONGER, and he wants it bad.

Castration.

There's an age of consent in Vietnam?

And "Alan Davis" doesn't sound Vietnamese.

I think your intuition is correct, in that it's probably rampant there, but he STILL got booted out. That means he got downright Greedy.

Some guy I work with turned off a mix cd I put in because Thriller was on it. I asked him why and he's like "I ain't listening to no child molester." So I go, "Yet I'm sure you've been to football games and cheered to that Gary Glitter song." I don't think the dumbass knew what I was talking about.

Ha.

I heard something about this not too long ago....dude better run the fuck back to England, 'cause I don't think any South Asian prison's a good place to be these days (or any day, for that matter  )

Exactly my point. I mean, if he is frowned upon for child molestation in Vietnam of all places...(shudders)...
