i've just come to the conclusion that i'll never like animal collective more than a passing fancy. they're noisily abstract to the point of overreaching melody or my interest. "sung tongs" showed enough potential that i thought i'd give "feels" a go. months later, i'm just lukewarm on 'em.

"feels" good to vent. :P
