ha.

i know, right? wtf. we just don't have enough people working here to make a coherent, tie-less top 10. our voting method is kinda silly, imo.

3. Scott Stapp, "The Great Divide" (Wind-Up). A voice and music that captures the essence of rock'n'roll.

Jesus. Fucking. Tits.

I know it's just a legal person, not a critic, but still.

Why does Scott Stapp continue to exist?

Hmph. Y'all have the same #1 as me.

Also, I enjoy the reviews in your personal list, Katie. Concise.

There are 14 discs on it. Shouldn't there only be 10?

Common - Be and Spoon are the only good discs on it.

Shock value.

In reality, the only albums that couldnt possibly have a spot on this list are the Mariah and John Legend albums. The rest all have valid places (even the Jack Johnson could reasonably be in someone's top ten)

I was surprised that the list was as decent as it was, honestly.

i'm the katie that spells her name katie and not katy.

yeh, i don't know why people listed stapp. at least he didn't make the big list.

we should have limited it to only 10 discs. we're cheating it ain't right.

i love digging through peoples' individual lists. i don't know if mine's gonna change by '06, its very possible because i'm starting to feel bad about common, andrew bird, black mountain, etc.

I'm surprised how much I like some of Carrie Brownstein's selections given I'm not a fan at all of Sleater Kinney. She's a fan of Bill Fay and Judee Sill. Who'd have thunk it?

Reading some of the comments from the staff is painful. Katie excluded of course.

I like how Katy lists Nine Inch Nails twice on her list and throws some singles on it instead of albums. :P

Beck has some cool choices, and I definitely understand how he would enjoy Jamie Lidell enough to make Multiply #2 on his list. They'd make good touring partners.
