Aye. But it was much lighter than what I was anticipating.

No.
We get profit sharing every year instead --- and it goes right into a retirement account.

when we're profitable! But yes, this year we're getting one. I'm hoping that it will help pay off my credit card bill.

The spa I work for is owned by my family's company and I ended up with the surprise of my life over the weekend when I received a hefty bonus check from them.

Wasn't expecting it at all so that rocked. Also helped xmas shopping not be painful.

I don't get my christmas bonus until January and I have to pay it back when I get a job.

I'm self-employed, so I don't get one, but I've had a good year so I've got cheques ready to hand out to my employees at the end of the week.

No, but I get tips. It'll be nice when I have my own route next year and won't have to rely on the mailmen who's routes I cover for handouts.

Tips? How much? My mailman never seems to be sober and jacks up what seems to be the simplest task of all: match the letters & numbers and stuff the box. If he's getting anything, it'll be a donation made in his name to the Human Fund.

Well I've never actually had my own route so I haven't gotten any tips myself. I've heard some guys in my office can make a couple grand in tips. If everyone on my (new) route gave me like $10, I'd be satisfied.
