Man do I find good stuff on there.

Recently checked out:

Electric President - s/t postalservice-like, a little more organic sounding, (Cooper and Alex Kane) make soaring indie-pop that is coated in a lambent film of laptop filaments, resulting in a sound which straddles the dEUS, American Analog Set and The Go Find border regions. (I am really digging this)

Loscil- First Narrows - Featuring improvised Rhodes piano, guitar and cello, intertwined with computer generated electronic sequences, analogue and digital spaces

Logreybeam - It's All Just Another Aspect Of Mannerism For this release Morley dispenses with percussion almost entirely to make a record of drifting, crystalline beauty

Yasume - Where We're From The Birds Sing A Pretty SongIn setting out to record this amazing album both artists laid their ideas against a backdrop provided by a big influence on them both - David Lynch. John and Gabe had shared something of an obsession with the director and his surreal cinematic world

Whoa dude, you scored! The Yasume, Loscil and Logreybeam are all ace [espesh Yasume, who 1/2 s actually Helios].

The Loscil is so deep. All of his releases are worthwhile, but First narrows takes his minimalism to another level.

DEFINITELY check out Helios since you dig that Yasume. "Unomia" is one of the best electronic releases from the past few years. Just stunning. Helios also goes under Goldmund, which is his minimal piano project.

I'm gonna check out Electric President today. Thanks for the heads up on that one.

Also, if the $$ for imports is killing ya, check out www.forcedexposure.com as well. They carry some of the releases that Boomkat does, and are cheaper due to the exchange rate.
