The Pale pacific made my top 20 list but has not found a lot of love anywhere else.

It is very much to my liking. The guy's voice is practically identical to one of my friend's bands, actually the song's tempo is similar to their music as well. So yeah, I'd love to hear more if this, if it's no bother. Thanks!

I am bored and waiting for the girlfriend to come round so i will use this thread to list a few more bands i like.

Downloading this one too. I'll upload a couple of representative tracks for you. The band is called Freebooter, mostly quiet, introspective type stuff. Some of the lyrics are kind of goofy, but I like 'em.

Should be noted that Pale Pacific was formerly known as "The Pale" but ran into problems with another band having that name and elected to change their name - They got quite a bit of airplay on KEXP with on their album "Gravity Gets Things Done"
