Tell them you'll be over at 11 PM to hug the cat and then continue on ensemble to the Low show that's happening down the street, only to arrive at midnight, ostensibly 45 minutes after they started. You will cause your foe to miss all but six songs of one of their all-time favourite band's sets, bringing new depths and meaning to the concept of low.

He was a mongoroid, he was a mongoroid,
one chromosome too many.

Thanks, now I'm going to have that stuck in my head all day.

Pretty good. The first two were presumably new, pretty languid and downcast. Then they played "Whore", which was amazing. Then I think "When I Go Deaf", which gave me the prolonged tingles. Then they encored with two requests, which they evidently like to honour, because everyone knows to bark shit at them: a couple retards asked for "Canada", because, huh, wouldn't that be appropriate. Sucks; and they finished "Silver Rider", which was beautiful. Had I been there to see it, I believe I would've appreciated the new songs more than I have.

Well, I would love to hear them play "Whore" and "When I Go Deaf" so at least you got those.

Imagine Phish opened the show with "Harpua" and you missed it because your sistah kept you in the lot to help find the perfect ganja gooball.

Then again, I usually just feel like the world (in general) is against me, so maybe the world's my foe...
