There are only two more of these left until the real bracket is unveiled. It looks like my Huskers sitting at 17-10 are most likely an NIT team, unless they win the last two regular season games and win one probably two games at the Big 12 tourney.
Here are the projections:
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/bracketology

Atlanta Region
Five seed Michigan State vs. Colorado
Four seed UCLA vs. Wisc.-Milwaukee
Six seed OU vs. Northern Iowa
Three seed Illinois vs. Pennsylvania
Two seed Pitt vs. Deleware State

DC Region
Five seed Marquette vs. Kentucky
Three seed UNC vs. Manhattan
Seven seed Washington vs. Missouri State
Two seed Texas vs. Northern Arizona

Oakland Region
Five seed Kansas vs. Western Kentucky
Four seed West Virginia vs. Northwestern State
Six seed NC State vs. Syracuse
Seven seed Wisconsin vs. Creighton

Minneapolis Region
One Seed Villanova vs. FDU
Eight Seed Arkansas vs. UNC Wilmington
Three Seed LSU vs. Murray State

Marquette and Syracuse? They're gonna have to go nuts during the Big East tourney. I see 'em both playing in Madison Square Garden come late-March.

Marquette is fifth in the conference, with wins over Connecticut, Georgetown, and Pittsburgh, plus tight losses against Pitt and Villanova. Golden Eagles also have a non-conference tourney championship -- Great Alaska Shootout. They swept Notre Dame (trad. rival and hard-luck team of the decade (in basketball... based on this season)).

I think that MU's in. Syracuse... Not hardly.

Georgetown gets in before Marquette.

Big East team in the NCAA:

UConn
Nova
Pitt
West Va
Georgetown

if they put in 6, then Marquette, but they're going to need to have a great run in the Big East tourney.

The thing I keep hearing is 8 or 9 Big East teams in the tourney from the following list:

UConn
Nova
WVa
Pitt
Georgetown
Marquette
Syracuse
Seton Hall
Cincy

Cincy would have to make a run in the BE tourney to get in, but many college bball analysts think at least 8 will be in the tourney.

ESPN decided to update again today, so I will do so myself, while also venting about a few conference bids
Atlanta Region
Five seed Kansas vs. Southern Illinois
Four seed West Virginia vs. Western Kentucky
Six seed NC State vs Syracuse
Three seed LSU vs. Winthrop
Seven seed Washington vs. Creighton

DC Region
Six seed Wisconsin vs. Kentucky
Three seed UNC vs. Murray State

Oakland Region
Eight seed Arkansas vs. Michigan
Five seed Marquette vs. Colorado
Four seed UCLA vs. Wisc-Milwaukee
Six seed OU vs Bucknell
Three seed Pittsburgh vs. Manhattan
Two seed Illinois vs. Oral Roberts

Minneapolis
One Seed Villanova vs. FDU
Seven seed Michigan State vs. Northern Iowa
Two seed Texas vs. Northern Arizona

My beef with the projections is that the Big East gets 9 bids with Cincinatti and possibly Syracuse having losing records in conference play.
Indiana is going to make the field with a 15-10 record and the Big Ten seven bids and three Big 12 teams with better records and more quality wins are barely on the bubble.
I tend to think UAB and Florida State should probably be in and the Big East, Big 10 and MVC lose a bid or two.
I don't really think Nebraska should make it, but they definitely should be receiving the same attention as Indiana is. They have beaten Marquette, Oklahoma and Colorado this year and barely lost on the road to UAB early in the season.
