Saddest thing about the Hawks is that if they could even come close to putting out a team that was competitive they would have a rabid fan base here in town.

Tie between Bulls and Knicks, I always say the Bulls because they had a dynasty and got rid of Phil Jackson and Jordan way to early. Reinsdorf and Krause are douchebags.

Baseball
Cubs, they have the money to successfully buy a title and have one of the most beloved stadiums, yet the White Sox won before they did.
Marlins, They win a title get rid of the talent suck for two or three years and win again.
Tie, Detroit Tigers and Baltimore Orioles. They seem to spend huge money on an allstar who instantly turns to a bust once they join the team. Baltimore has one of the highest payrolls, yet always seems to tank. Plus, their owner has always come off as a huge douche. He was really scared of the Nats showing him they could make the playoffs in their first year.
