Its amazing that I havent heard word one about this. Oh, wait...it isnt in America and there isnt any oil there (is there?), that must be it.

it was on the front page of wikipedia this morning. It's not exactly the most populated area either, probably about 500 000 people in the region, but it is the biggest farming region in the country so there's gonna be massive crop lossages.
