not anymore. the owners wanted to lease the space to banana republic because the current tenants were balking at a ridiculous $/square foot increase. they eventually settled on something for the next 9 years, or so.

actually, double door hasn't really been bringing the quality lately. i'm seeing the national there tomorrow, but i've only seen two shows there since june. if there's a good show there, though, it's not bad.
