I know it doesn't come out until May, but I'm sure someone on this board has it or will get it much earlier. I've been listening to and enjoying Escondida and am looking forward to her new release.

I never really got into Escondida, but a new release might be just what I need to dust it off. I hadnt heard a timetable, and Ive been too obsessed with trying to find The Raconteurs to look for anything else :x

I love the Tanyas and Escondida's been on my shopping list for the longest time. Once I get money and go shopping outside this city, I'll pick that up.

So has anybody given this a listen? I liked Escondia but didn't love it. I love her voice though and have a high hopes for this one.

We got it at our college station.

The title track is good i assume it will be the single. The other first half the album is good although i do have a lack of appreciation for altcountry and some folk. I would say its good though, on the level with Neko Case's album.
