I don't know any people who actually watch that show. Well, there are a couple of women here at work...but they don't count as having opinions.

Yeah, I'm watching it right now. It's fucking terrible.

EDIT: And now the rocker dude is singing Creed, one of his favourite bands of the 21st century.

Well, the other Idol threads got around 40 replies. So I guess people are busy tonight.

Nothing like listening to 1:00 trailer versions of shitty contemp songs so FOX can get House back in the lineup. Waste of 60 minutes...

Lisa. Attempted a Kelly Clarkson song and didn't pull it off in the least.

And he did a really good job too. The best performance of the night in my opinion, with Katherine a close second. Elliott and Paris were a bit of a disappointment.

And Simon killing Chris singing a Creed song was priceless. He called him "self-indulgent" and that "he crossed the line by singing a Creed song". :D Yet, he praised him last week for not willing to compromise. Hmmm...which is it?

Ugh. And Ace has to go. The boy is making me nauseus. And him touching the scar on his chest was sooooo campy.

alright. i'm getting ready to throw my 'lisa' vote up here at work for our contest.

the ladies are all saying that lisa, ace and bucky were the worst last night.

as much as i'd want ace and bucky to go home....lisa is boring. and since, someone suggested i vote her. i am.

(or should i vote ace or bucky????)

I don't think that's how it works, Jen. I think you're supposed to vote for your favorite. Not who you're going to vote off.

no. no. it's a pool we're having here at work.
we vote who we think is going home.... then if we're right we get a point.
at the end.... the person with the most points wins the money.

Taylor Hicks gets my vote for the rest of the competition. Even if he screws up. I was taken aback by the Ray LaMontagne choice. I thought he did a perfect job of that song and he has the perfect voice for it. Best song choice of the season so far.

Also, I thought Mandisa did just as bad as Lisa. Bucky actually did a decent job this week.

Elliott, my former favorite, was forgettable. So was Kellie.

I think that McPhee may be in the final two contestants.

Yeah, I haven't watched American Idol for the last few seasons, but when my brother told me someone sang a Ray LaMontagne song I had to check it out. I thought that was pretty awesome.
