So I went to this exposition on Friday night of art done by students here in Aix. Took tons of pictures, but I'll post the best ones I saw here.

this guy had this weird castle motif going on...it was cool in a sort of fairytaleish childy kind of way. i heard it was all in response to some guy that dumped him or something.

this is one of a series of mummy drawings by this one dude. i found this to be pretty cool...

this is just strange...not quite sure what he's trying to symbolize here but it was one of the most discussed pieces of the evening. french people loved it.

Yeah, Anna is seriously smoking hot. I too love the one with the gutted deer. The Castle one looks like an album cover for a band like Of Montreal or Elf Power, maybe one of the Montreal scene groups.

She also has impeccable taste in music. This girl walks around half the time singing old "Belle & Sebastian" or Lou Reed songs. I don't know why I put Belle and Sebastian in quotes but I'm not going to change it now.
