I'm surprised no one else posted this earlier...

"Black Holes and Revelations" is being released July 3rd, but I'm not sure if it is only a UK release right now or what? The 3rd is a Monday.

On June 12th they're releasing their single "Supermassive Black Hole". Could this be the album of the year? If it's even half as good as Absolution, then yes, it will be. Exciting shit to look forward to.

this is not the kind of thing i get excited about....this old roommate of mine used to blast two songs of theirs all the time. "our time is running out" and something else. i can't listen to muse anymore.

I hate Muse, maybe more than any other band on the planet.

I don't think I really hate any band. I definitely dislike some bands. Nickelback comes the closest to hate, I suppose.

Amazing band! Totally stoked to see what they come up with next. Absolution is a brilliant album.

Their last album was good, though i grew a bit tired of it after hearing most of my friends praise them because of one or two semi-hit songs. I will definately be interested to hear what they do on this one.

"Falling Down" off of Showbiz is one of my favorite Muse songs.

So what are the thoughts on the new one? It came out of left field in my opinion. With a name like that, I wasn't expecting something so upbeat and dancy. I even hear a tad Self in this, but that's mainly because I hear so much Prince in it too. I hope some of the songs bring the rock with the grand piano! For what it's worth....I dig the song.

it really doesn't sound like any of the other indie rock masquerading as dance music right now and with his falsetto it definitely stands out from all the other crap out there.

I can't believe this is the same band...this is more gay than any band should have the right to be.

This isn't the reaction I was hoping to find when having to commit to a half hour+ download, people.

I'd definitely be disappointed if one of my fav. groups releases an album of songs like the single. I want another Origin/Absolution type album. With a song like this are they trying to catch on more over here?

The song itself is decent, but for Muse, it just isn't becoming.

This new song sounds like p00p. But then again, I never really liked Muse anyway. Except for Bliss. That song was all kinds of alright.

Muse played some new songs for a BBC gig today.

Here is a tune called 'Knights of Cydonia'
