I'm looking for more covers like this. They can be live too. But I think you know what I mean. Like, actual decent, interesting covers of inane pop songs from recent years. Are there any others as good as these two?

Glen Phillips covers Huey Lewis' "I Want a New Drug" on his latest, Mr. Lemons, just released this past Tuesday. It's almost unrecognizable.

Don't forget about Toad the Wet Sprocket's "rousing" rendition of Kiss' "Rock and Roll All Night."

The Magic Numbers have a studio version of this but I haven't been able to find it for download.
