The cats at the vet, and daddy's footing the bill.

Damn, vets are expensive.

Bring on the whiskey, tomorrow's a brand new school day.

$200 deposit, final tab guesstimate somewhere between $600 and $900.

All cause he can't pee.

I don't even like the cat, he's a vicious, mercurial, tempermental little beast. He is family though. But he's on my shit list, even more than usual.

I love cats too. But this one is satanic.

Most dogs trump most cats. Especially my dog.

we (she) spent several times that on our cat. you'll note that this was before we got married, and that behavior is neither condoned historically nor allowed to happen ever again.

I used to work with a woman who paid over $1500 for multiple chemo treatments for a cat. She had something like nine cats and seven dogs. She also lived on a farm, but still. That's a lot of money.

They are definately into gardening. I think they like holding trowels.

oh, i don't really know but it seems like everybody wants 50 animals and organic lettuce around here. it's all that mother earth hiking boot whatever. my ex wanted to have a farm which was incredibly frightening to me since she couldn't manage changing the litter box for two cats.

it all makes me want to scream but you're catching me on a women-frustrate-the-hell-out-of-me week.

i love our cats - they are great. of course they haven't cost us much money. our male cat does like to try to work his way to sleep on my pillow around my head.

Love our cats too. They're like kids to us.

Both male, both awesome. Sweetest things on earth. One of them has been so protective of me since I've been pregnant it's not even funny. He has to always be with me and when he's next to me or above me(on couch cushion) he keeps one paw on me at all times.

Last year when our female had cancer and was dying that was the worst. We did spend a lot of money on treatment for her but only because they originally misdiagnosed her. Putting her down was the hardest thing, Josh had had her for several years.

I've always been more a cat person then a dog person.

one of my cats broke its leg once and had to have reconstructive surgery. it was damn expensive but the worst part was I had to give it physical therapy for 3 months after the surgery to rehab.

My Mom recently took her aging 11-year old German Shepherd to an acupuncturist for her back problems/hip dysplasia.

She said, "I feel like I owe it to her".

Yeah, I grabbed a stray out of the alley a few weeks ago and between patching him up and cutting off his nuts it ads up. Still, don't get to be a cat lady without some trouble.
