But what he was arrested for made me laugh -- chalk this up to a WTF? $20,000 bail, really? Does this guy have a rap sheet or what?

The rapper was driving in the Los Angeles suburb of Burbank when police pulled over his vehicle on a traffic violation and then searched his car.

During the incident, which took place on May 20 at around 9pm, a Burbank Police Department spokesperson said that officers found brass knuckles in the vehicle.

As reported by MTV News, further details on the arrest were not released due to the case still being under investigation.

Police however, did confirm that no-one else was arrested in connection with the rapper.

The Game was released on a $20,000 bail and must now appear in court within 30 days.

Goodness, he must have some prior convictions to have bail set at 20 grand.

yeah, this guy has been in and out of legal trouble for awhile. i don't know what would prompt $20k bail on seizure of brass knuckles, but i know he hasn't been a model citizen.
