I'll vote Alex Gonalzes for shortstop if I can get a redsox fan to promise to vote for Posada for catcher. got to get these minor leaguers out of the number 2 spots.

i'd think i would have heard of them if that were the case.

they are probably just a yankee's farm team and you got confused.

i hate posada at all-star games. he always has his stupid kid run out during the introductions. that annoys me so much.

Ozzie already said he won't add any Yankee or Red Sox players not voted in.

So, no Yankee pitchers, either? Good... 'Cause they're abysmal, this year.

I wouldn't even take a Red Sawk. Maybe Papelbon, but he's just a rookie...

Meanwhile, we need this to start the All-star game:

SABATHIA!

He's been hurt for a month now and won't be healthy for the All-Star Game. Yankee fans have too much power. This needs to be an electoral process, not popular vote!

Johnson is the only one whose really been abysmal for much of the year. Mussina deserves to make the allstar game and probably will unless he gets denied due to a "too many yankees" factor.

And Posada's playing through his injury shiv....just missed a few games.

Dude, its just an All Star Game--an exibition at that. Give the fans what they want already.

Its not like the game counts for anything.

Oh. Yeah. I guess it does.

Stupid baseball.

That's like the Bengals winning the division.

too much power? Yanks draw between 48-52k per game....plus, anyone can vote online as much as they want.......

Any teams fans can flood the box should they want.

and Matsui being 7th is hardly the Yankee fans imposing their will.

The Japanese ballots were just released a few days ago, I expect Matsui and Ichiro to both start and maybe even Iguchi.
