Someone added this MuchMusic performance to YouTube recently and while the video isn't in the best shape, it's still awesome to see anything by the New Radicals live.

Oh yeah, that chick doing the backup vocals and percussion is Danielle Brisebois, who recently wrote that #1 hit "Unwritten" for Natasha Bedingfield.

God I always forget how much I loved that album of theirs. Then I hear this song or "You get what you give" and it all comes back to me.

I just watched the video for YGWYG and it just cheered me up immensely.
