I'm tired of buying complete discographies from bands only to discover they're going to be remastered and re-released with extras a month or two later.

There's been a few instances where I've managed to be just behind the turning point. I've only had to buy one copy each of the Ramones albums and their remasters are excellent. But for the most part, it's infuriating.

So speculate or post any insider info you might have.



For instance, the Replacements are supposed to be getting a dose of the reissue treatment at some point so I've been refraining from buying anything by them.

I'm expecting Husker Du reissues as soon as I purchase a "proper" copy of Zen Arcade.
