I won a bottle of this stuff at a Greekchurchfest in Hempstead...it's not bad.

There was one of those ring toss games except you tossed rings around bottles of wine and ouzo, so I won a bottle of white and we're drinking it.

It's a vin de pays so it's nothing special, a little too bitter for my tastes...I like my whites to be more apply and light like a nice Riesling.

Anyway, I was trying to do research on this stuff but I couldn't really find anything.

Does anybody know of a good website for this stuff?

dude. you got free booze.

Now you should be getting some chick drunk, and having her tangle her fingers in your lush beard.

Then you should play 'Everything in it's Right Place' for her on your stereo, and segue that into planting your lips on her lips.

not those lips.

The lips that count.

Not the lips that count out loud either.

I´ve always hated wine, but when I was in Italy last month I decided to give it another shot... being in Italy and all. Well I like some whites, but reds are still a bit much for me. HOWEVER! I had a glass of shiraz with my lamb biryani the other night... holy shit that was awesome. You take a little of that shiraz and the next couple bites of biryani are ridiculous. So, so good. So I guess I´m coming around on wine. Feels like I´m becoming adult.

exactly..it makes certain foods like taste a gift from the gods.

certain bleu cheeses with certain reds are absoultely incredible.

it does feel good to know more about wine...it's really one of the best things ever made by man.

Chocolate and red wine is also a nice combo.

I'm more of a Zin fan myself, I like my reds as dry as they come. The house I just bought has a basement with an old coal room that I'm calling my wine cellar. Right now I have about 7 wines, all under $15 probably. It's not much but it's cool to have a basement to keep wine in.

Just like music. Find a small local wine store and make friends with the owner/workers and ask questions.

Reading about wine is retarded.
