So, now its 6-1, 1-6 after Nadal remembered how to keep the forehand in the court. Federer has definitely let him back in though, with 30+ unforced errors through Sets 1 and 2.

Holy Jesus, this kid is good. I mean, federer doesnt look awful, just ordinary, but Nadal has definitely recovered from the first set, to say the least, while federed has not really stepped up.

Federer played the game of his life to break Nadal and make it 5-5 in the 4th set, match game for Nadal. If this goes to 5 sets it will be interesting to see how both players respond.

Patrick -- Federer is a known tanker, but he may have pulled one from waaay down deep under his balls.

Its a tennis match. I doubt, even if they go to set 5, it will be a classic, but its OK nonetheless.

Nadal is working that backhand, and now Fed is going long on the forehand. Great strategy by Rafa.

Poor Roger. I wouldnt exactly call the greatest tennis player of the last ten years 'a known tanker', but he certainly gave most of this match away, but what he didnt give, Nadal took.

He is known for being mercurial, though. And known to step in it and not exactly put his all into it.

Nadal, though he has a TRAGIC sense of on court style (were those culottes?! Nice sleevless shirt) is a pimp on clay.

I end up nonplussed with this match. Grateful that Nadal showed up, but kind of disappointed that Federer tanked, committing like 70+ errors in only four sets (compared to Nadals ~25)

Capri pants, and they're awesome. It takes a hell of a straight man to pull it off, too, and, well, Nadal is obviously a bigger man than you, Senator.
