It wasn't on for very long but it was very funny. I think it was set in Hollywood around a TV studio? There were these irreverent bunnies and rats alongside of humans. It was like an R-rated Sesame Street...does anyone know what I'm talking about?

...and did it ever come out on DVD?

I know it just came out on dvd recently. I saw it at Target.

Starred Seth Green.

I think that's it! GREG THE BUNNY.

Whew. It really bothered me that I couldn't think of the name. I feel so...relieved now and happy I can go buy it on DVD too.

Too true. One of my fave sitcoms ever was called Bakersfield P.D. It only lasted a season - I'm not even sure if it made it to 13 episodes - but damn I'd love to see it again.

What needs to be done is a DVD set of MTV's the State. And actually, Jon Stewart's MTV Talk Show would be cool to have as well. MTV should do this if for no other reason than to prove that they were once relevant.

Im sure with the popularity of TV sitcomes on DVD, everything will eventually be released...

Im also hankering for the old Gary Shandling Show......10 years prior to Larry Sanders....The one that basically took place in his apartment....awesome stuff.

Title: "It's Garry Shandling's Theme"
By: "Joey Carbone, Garry Shandling, and Alan Zweibel"

This is the theme to Garry's Show,
The theme to Garry's show.
Garry called me up and asked if I would right his theme song.
I'm almost halfway finished,
How do you like it so far,
How do you like the theme to Garry's Show.

This is the theme to Garry's Show,
The opening theme to Garry's show.
This is the music that you hear as you watch the credits.
We're almost to the part of where I start to whistle.
Then we'll watch "It's Garry Shandling's Show".

This was the theme to Garry Shandling's show.

Likewise....that's awesome. I'd heard rumblings, but no concrete street date.

Now if they release "Andy Richter Controls The Universe" sometime in 2005 I'll be happy.

FOX should start a spin-off network airing all the great shows they've canceled.

How many Greg the Bunny episoded were there? Undeclared?

They've been re-run on one of the HDTV channels, so you'd think there would be bootleggers selling DVD's all over the Web. Damned if I've seen 'em, though - & I've looked.

I don't ask for much in the TV to DVD realm. Andy Richter, Downtown and maybe Freakylinks. One wish has been answered though; Fraggle Rock season one is supposed to be released this fall!

Yeah...but I want good copies on DVD. I do have the 2nd season of "Andy" on VHS.

I check www.tvshowsondvd.com everyday, hoping someday it'll come out. Hey, if they could finally get "SCTV" out after all these years anything can happen.

I really wish they would release Action with Jay Mohr. That site says it was cancelled after 8 episodes, but I only got to see three, and they were all hilarious. Lots of musical jokes, too (the background music was always appropriate to the scene).

That was a GREAT show...reruns still pop up every once in awhile on Comedy Central ( usually at weird hours ) . Trio ran the entire series as part of their "Brilliant But Canceled" month.

I have a buddy that interviewed Jay, & apparently the rights to "Action" are mixed up among a few different entities...don't hold yer breath waiting for DVD's.
