Who is reporting this?

I came back from the lake yesterday and was unloading the car after a 10 minute rain shower and steam was coming off the ground.

I made 4 loads into the house and had to change shirts due to sweat.

I don't think June should even be a summer month anymore. It doesn't get "summer hot" down here until July and it now runs to the beginning of October. The studies are in and global warming is real people.

Its country hot down in this piece, and like afucking wet blanket. I keep a change of drawers, undershirt and button up in my car at all times now, even if I am just in my office. Never know when you will have to freshen up and not look like Farley.

the news on the way in to work made this claim. I guess 101 is the hottest it's been since 2000, and today's proabbly gonna go up to 102, with a heat index making it around 110. UGH.

When you were young and it was hot, did your mother or father tell you to “think cool”? It was irritating, but my mother was not going to put on the expensive air conditioning. Anyway, it is my time to be irritating -- think cool (and here are some random mp3s)!

I'd have to check the actual records, but 1995 is still the hottest summer I can remember in these parts. And I've spent a considerable amount of time working outside every summer since '87.

gonna hit 98 degrees [let the jokes commence] in nyc today.
i embrace the hot, if only for the proliferation of the 'less is more' summer fashion aesthetic.
and in nyc, more is much, much less.

i was cleaning my bathroom on saturday and it sucked because i couldn't stop sweating and really couldn't wipe my face off either cos i had rubber gloves on. i had to keep trying to rub my head on my sleeve.

i played wiffle ball yesterday and got pretty sweaty too but after i'd had a sparks black and about 6 high lifes i really didn't care anymore.

I spent the whole day on the tennis courts in a round robin yesterday, and then we had a BBQ in the park into the night, and a breeze came. What's wrong with that?

Bookies have apparently slashed odds on 100F in the UK for this week.
