She's definitely following in the footsteps of the whole Tori Amos and Fiona Apple thing. But she's far more laid back than the both of them. I actually like her new disc, Begin to Hope, more than Soviet Kitsch - which I haven't listened to as much. But yeah, I'd pay $2.00 just for the song, "Us."

hahahah Actually, that was one of the first songs I heard by her and I used to make fun of it everytime my bro played it for me.

I've only heard a handful of tracks off Begin To Hope but it sounded more generic. Like she'd lost some of her uniqueness from the first three.

i like the new one a lot more. What's the song where she's whispering to herself? Yeah, scratch that part of the disc out.
