Juana makes a return trip to New York in early January, with two special appearances. The first is a FREE performance and signing at Borders Books and Music (10 Columbus Circle) on Friday, January 7th at 7pm. The next night she takes the stage at the Public Theater (425 Lafayette) as part of Globalfest, which features 12 artists from all corners of the world. This show is already sold out, so you might want to come by Borders for your only chance to see her!

people should go...saw her open for david byrne last year, and her music is just beautiful, hautingly beautiful. her voice is so pleasing, particulrly spoken...very charming b/c she doesn't have an amazing grasp on english.
