i hope everyone saw that south dakota's voters put the kibosh on the no-exception abortion law the govt was trying to pass there (55 to 44, whew!).

am i dreaming or was there a ballot initiative legalizing under 1oz. of mj in nevada?

Santa Monica passed a law to make personal marijuana use law enforcement's lowest priority. So if I want to smoke, all I have to do is walk two blocks down the street (not that it's law enforcement's biggest priority in Venice).

Colorado and Nevada had ballot initiatives legalizing an ounce of weed, both failed.
